App Won't Start
You can try:
- Confirm whether the macOS version is supported.
- Confirm the source of the installation package.
- Restart the App.
- Restart the device.
- Check system security settings.
- Re-download the installation package.
Group Key Verification Failed
Possible causes:
- Incorrect Key entry
- Key has expired
- Key does not belong to the current account
- Key has reached the device binding limit
- Network cannot reach platform services
- Platform test environment is temporarily unavailable
Suggested solutions:
- Re-copy the Key.
- Check for trailing spaces.
- Confirm network connectivity.
- Contact the platform to confirm Key status.
Device Shows Offline
Possible causes:
- App is not running
- Network disconnected
- Device in sleep mode
- Firewall blocking
- Platform service anomaly
- Client version too old
Suggested solutions:
- Open the App.
- Check network.
- Disable auto-sleep or adjust power settings.
- Update the App.
- Check logs.
No Tasks
A device having no tasks does not necessarily indicate an anomaly.
Possible causes:
- Current task supply is insufficient
- Device does not meet task requirements
- Device is in testing phase
- Platform scheduling policy restrictions
- Insufficient device online time
- Task capability not yet available in the current version
Earnings Not Changing
Possible causes:
- No valid tasks at present
- Tasks are still under settlement
- Tasks failed or did not pass verification
- Revenue rules not yet launched
- Data delay
- Current account has no settlement permission
