FAQ
Is ZopToken a blockchain project?
No.
ZopToken is currently positioned as an AI computing resource management and scheduling platform. The platform uses Keys to manage device onboarding, permissions, and API calls, and does not rely on on-chain wallets or blockchain transactions for device scheduling.
What does "Token" in ZopToken mean?
The "Token" in ZopToken is more appropriately understood as a project brand and access credential concept, and should not be directly interpreted as a blockchain token.
Please refer to official project statements for the specific meaning of the name.
Will I definitely earn money after onboarding a device?
Not necessarily.
Whether a device generates revenue depends on task supply, device status, task completion, and platform settlement rules. The platform does not guarantee fixed revenue.
Can Mac devices be onboarded?
Yes, Mac devices are among the device types targeted for platform support.
The specific scope of support depends on the current macOS App, device configuration, and the types of tasks open on the platform.
Can GPU devices be onboarded?
Yes, GPU devices are among the device types targeted for platform support.
Specific onboarding methods, driver requirements, runtime environment, and task types are subject to the platform's current rules.
What is a Group Key?
A Group Key is used for device onboarding and device group management. It helps the platform identify the user, organization, service provider, or cluster to which a device belongs.
What is an SDK Key?
An SDK Key is used for API or third-party system integration, typically for enterprise customers, developers, or service provider systems.
Can Group Key and SDK Key be used interchangeably?
It is not recommended to use them interchangeably.
Group Key is used for device onboarding, while SDK Key is used for system calls and API integration.
Why is my device showing as offline?
Possible reasons include:
- The app is not running
- Network is unavailable
- Device is in sleep mode
- Key verification failed
- Client version is outdated
- Platform service is temporarily unreachable
- Firewall or proxy is blocking the connection
Why are there no tasks?
A device having no tasks does not necessarily indicate an anomaly.
Possible reasons include:
- Insufficient task supply at the moment
- Device does not meet task requirements
- The platform is in a testing phase
- Task scheduling policy restrictions
- Task execution capability is not yet open in the current version
Why has my revenue not changed?
Possible reasons include:
- No valid tasks at the moment
- Tasks have not yet been settled
- Tasks failed or did not pass verification
- Device has been offline for an extended period
- Revenue rules are not yet open
- Console data has a delay
Do I need to keep the device running at all times?
If you want the device to continuously participate in task scheduling, it is recommended to keep the device online and the client running.
Frequent offline periods may affect task assignment and revenue recording.
Does the platform support bulk onboarding for service providers or data centers?
ZopToken provides a bulk onboarding direction for service providers and data centers.
Specific onboarding processes, testing requirements, settlement rules, and the scope of technical support need to be confirmed with the platform operator.
Is API / SDK supported?
The platform plan includes API / SDK integration capabilities.
The current scope of availability, interface documentation, and access permissions are subject to the platform's actual release.
Is there a device activation deposit?
If the platform has device activation, deposit, or onboarding fees, these should be based on formal agreements, console displays, or platform announcements.
Before the rules are clarified, this document does not recommend committing to specific amounts, refund conditions, or revenue relationships.
Are all features described in the documentation already live?
Not necessarily.
The documentation includes descriptions of current capabilities, beta capabilities, and platform plans. Actually available features are subject to the current product version, console, and platform announcements.
