Monitoring and logs help users and the platform understand device operation status.

Monitoring Content

The platform may monitor:

  • Device online status
  • Last heartbeat time
  • Task execution status
  • Error status
  • Client version
  • Network connectivity
  • Resource usage
  • Task completion rate

Log Purposes

Logs can be used for:

  • Troubleshooting device connection issues
  • Analyzing task failure causes
  • Verifying client runtime status
  • Assisting platform support personnel in handling issues
  • Tracking abnormal behavior

User-Visible Logs

The macOS App may display some local runtime logs.

Logs may contain:

  • Startup time
  • Key verification status
  • Device binding status
  • Network connection status
  • Task status
  • Error information

Privacy and Security

Logs should not fully expose sensitive information, such as:

  • Complete Group Key
  • Complete SDK Key
  • User passwords
  • Private task data
  • Payment or withdrawal credentials

If logs need to be submitted to platform support, please prioritize using the in-app feedback feature or platform-designated methods.
