ZopToken involves device onboarding, task execution, data transmission, and earnings settlement, making security and privacy an important part of the platform's construction.
Device Security
Device providers should ensure:
- Download the App from official channels.
- Do not run installation packages from unknown sources.
- Do not share accounts and Keys.
- Update the App regularly.
- Report promptly when abnormal tasks or abnormal logs are discovered.
Task Security
The platform should strive to ensure tasks run in a controlled environment and avoid causing unexpected impacts on user devices.
Task execution mechanisms, sandbox capabilities, resource limits, and permission controls are subject to the current platform implementation.
Data Privacy
The platform may need to transmit task data, device status, and runtime logs.
The platform should minimize unnecessary data collection and protect sensitive information.
Users should not expose device logs, Keys, account information, or task data in public channels.
Risk Notice
Joining a distributed computing platform means the device needs to stay continuously connected to the network and run the client.
Users should understand:
- Devices may incur electricity and network consumption.
- Long-running operation may bring hardware load.
- Task earnings are not fixed.
- Abnormal devices may affect task eligibility.
- Specific security boundaries are subject to the platform's current technical implementation and agreements.
