Before onboarding a device, you need to have a ZopToken platform account.

Account Purpose

A platform account is used for:

• Managing devices
• Obtaining or binding Keys
• Viewing device status
• Viewing task records
• Viewing revenue data
• Handling withdrawal and settlement information
• Receiving system notifications

How to Create

Current account creation methods depend on the actual platform entry point and may include:

• Official website registration
• Console invitation
• Service provider assignment
• Internal beta accounts
• Enterprise integration accounts

If you are from a service provider, data center, or enterprise client, please contact the platform side first for onboarding instructions.

Account Security Recommendations

Recommendations:

• Use an email or phone number that remains available long-term.
• Do not share your account with others.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Do not publish Keys to public repositories, screenshots, or group chats.
• If you notice unusual login activity or device anomalies, contact the platform side promptly.
